My Home Town-Better Late Than Never!

This is one of our largest buildings in downtown Portland, the theatre front and our beautiful Mt. Hood view from the Rose Garden.

This is Portlandia. I think she's beautiful but she was designed to fit on the ledge of this building where she is very difficult to see. Once the trees blossom, forget about it. I wanted her at the waterfront as someone suggested, a sister to the Statue of Liberty, one on each coast.

Very nice hometown shots! Really love the point of view on the first one. And Mount Hood is spectacular.
Thanks for asking about me. I'm doing much better. Left a comment on your sb.com page. Visit my gallery for some really "horrible" shots of me after the wreck!

Oh, yes, I love how you framed Mt. Hood with the trees and city buildings!
